International meeting at TIFT!

Our university received a high-ranking guest – the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mr. Ilhom Tua Bin Illias, visited TIFT.

During the meeting, the Ambassador had a lively conversation with our students, sharing his experience and views on the topic of “Malaysia and Uzbekistan: expanding cooperation in education, trade and tourism”.

He also provided in-depth and practical insights into the important competencies necessary for a successful career in the diplomatic field, such as:

• International etiquette,
• Professional communication culture,
• Negotiation skills.

For TIFT students, this meeting was a very valuable experience in global thinking, studying diplomatic criteria for communication, and expanding opportunities for future international cooperation.
